Ron Lindner

Ron Lindner (Charm's husband) knows...."My true talent is Charm's helper....I have worked and built every project, except her art work (in which she is very talented) is her own. I have helped her on all classes and in one case did the complete class when she was unable to attend MAKR. I think it was the parrot kite class.

I have been involved in crafts of all sorts my whole life. I grew up making elaborate beaded Indian costumes and working in all sorts of mediums. My job led me to do glass etching on large plate glass windows, both with chemicals and with sand blasting.

I have worked with rip stop building kites. I am no stranger to appliqué and design although I would say my forté is in copying, modifying and adapting."

Ron and Charm were the recipients of the Robert Ingraham Award in 2009 For outstanding contributions to the AKA and Charm and Ron both received the Volunteer of the year for the AKA in 2008

Previous classes: MAKR (lots), U-MAKE yearly 2013-current, AKA Convention
