CAUTION:
This class will involve spraying paint. Please be aware and bring a respirator (not a dust mask) for your health. All painting will take place outside.

Scott will bring templates for a small sled if you would like to sew your creation!
Or, bring fabric for another project you will be building later!

Design Master painting techniques. Learn Scott's latest techniques and methods for painting on ripstop nylon!
Learn spraying, overspraying, resist painting, textures, shading, crinkle fabric, and other techniques that Scott has developed.
Painting will be outdoors, but bring a respirator, or use one of Scott's.
Either sew several small sled kites using your painted fabric, or just continue experimenting with paint for the class.
1/2 yard fabric will make two small sled kites.
Supplies/Equipment Needed for class --
Bring kite fabric, or scraps to experiment with all the paint techniques.
Light colored girly fabric- 3/4 oz. stuff. 1/2 yard of colors like : white, light blue, neon green, yellow (mango, for you old timers), raspberry(fuchsia), etc.
Bring 1.5 scraps for feathers.
Sewing machine and all the regular stuff.
CAUTION: If you have a respirator (not a dust mask) or lungs of a pearl diver, bring them. Scott will have several to use.

No Kits Available outside of class---this class is technique driven! Find time to experience it!
COLOR CHOICE: Lots, but be sure to bring several 1/2 yardage of light colored 3/4 oz ripstop (white, light blue, neon green yellow, mango, raspberry, fuchsia)
Design Master Sprays will be furnished.
