Cancellation Policy
U-MAKE is updating it’s cancelation policy. We will be mirroring the cancellation policy of Stronghold. All fees for Stronghold must be paid BEFORE our retreat begins, so we will need Registration Fees within two weeks of your enrollment.
Since we had little time to locate and contract a new location for U-MAKE, we are now currently less than 3 months from U-MAKE, so if you need to cancel for any reason (family emergency, illness) unfortunately we will not be able to offer any refund and will ask that you make arrangements to provide your class instructor(s) funds so they can be reimbursed for the kits they made for you.
Cancellation Policy:
· Over 181 days 100% Refund of Payment made, less $250.00 cancellation fee
· 121 -180 days: 75% Refund of Payment made
· 91-120 days: 50% of Refund of Payment made
· 90 days or less: No Refund of Payment made.
